Joe is the Head Warden and Bird Observatory Warden, based on Lundy, and coordinates the census work and bird ringing. He holds a bird ringing A permit.

Tara is the resident Assistant Warden and marine wildlife specialist in the Lundy Conservation Team.

Thomas is the 2024 Bird Observatory long term volunteer. He holds a bird ringing S permit and assists with the daily census and bird ringing.  

Ben is the 2024 Seal Monitoring voluntary assistant warden.

Angus is currently a Bird Observatory volunteer helping with the daily census and bird recording.

Chris Dee is based on the mainland near Ilfracombe and is the voluntary leader of the Lundy Bird Observatory ringing group and the primary contact with the British Trust for Ornithology which coordinates bird ringing across the UK and Ireland. He is a bird ringing S permit holder and a frequent visitor to Lundy since 1982.

Tim Jones is a regular visitor to Lundy, a former joint bird recorder for the island, and the Lundy Field Society representative on the Bird Observatory Organising Committee.
